Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition (unopened, unused, and with all accessories).
- Exchanges: Only applicable if the product is defective.
- Personal Items: Some personal products cannot be returned.
Deposit & Payment Policy
- Some products require a deposit to confirm the order.
- If you change your mind after paying a deposit or reserving the product, and the product has already been packaged and shipped, the cost of packaging and shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and packaging fees if relevant.
