Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition (unopened, unused, and with all accessories).
  • Exchanges: Only applicable if the product is defective.
  • Personal Items: Some personal products cannot be returned.

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • Some products require a deposit to confirm the order.
  • If you change your mind after paying a deposit or reserving the product, and the product has already been packaged and shipped, the cost of packaging and shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and packaging fees if relevant.
  • For defective products, please contact customer service for exchange or refund.
